I practice Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFT), and use mindfulness-based approaches to treat anxiety and depression.

 

It is my assumption that safe, secure, affirming relationships are fundamentally important and that when we don’t have them, it causes distress. I help with that distress. We will develop strategies for addressing your immediate concerns, and will also work to figure out how things got bad in the first place - and what can be done to change those things.
